Elon Musk said at one point that it would make a lot of sense for Tesla to make a smaller Cybertruck, but he never took the idea any further, at least not publicly. He just said that it would make sense to have a more petit Cybertruck added to the range in the long run, but that was in November of 2019 and we’ve not heard anything on the matter since, the smaller model was never officially confirmed. Tesla made several changes to their website in Germany and other European countries last night, and all of them point to Giga Berlin deliveries beginning in March 2022. Just one day after releasing 2021.44.30.6, Tesla has started deploying their next iteration today, 2021.44.30.7. The update was first spotted just after 1:00pm PST by a Tesla owner in the Netherlands. Yesterday's update contained what Tesla considered critical bug fixes for the issue of heat pumps failing in cold weather.
